His architecture journey begin in year 1965, inspired by the legacy of his father. His early career began as an assistant architect at PWD. However, his passion for independent practice led him to resign in 1982 and establish his own firm, Unique Consultants.

Through collaborations with the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA), he made significant contributions to town planning, architecture, and the development of colonies such as Vidhyadhar Nagar, Vaishali Nagar, Madhuban Colony, etc. and other numerous projects.

His dedication to learning never wavered, and from 1997 to 2002, he achieved Visharad (graduation in Astrology and Vastu) and Acharya (post-graduation) degrees simultaneously, further honing his expertise in Vastu.

Currently, he continues to practice vastu and is a frequent guest speaker at seminars on the subject. His international work includes rectifying numerous properties in the USA and Dubai, applying vastu principles to rejuvenate industrial spaces, even helping restart closed factories. His expertise in combining vastu with modern architecture continues to leave a lasting impact.
